Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Enjoy better emotional physical and mental health by learning how to turn crisis into opportunity. This eight week stress reduction course is one of self-discovery, rooted in the practice of mindfulness meditation and gentle yoga to increase mind-body awareness. Eight weeks can change the way you perceive, and therefore respond to, stressful situations. This is an opportunity to explore what’s right and good about yourself, your life, and your relationships, while cultivating skills to manage the ordinary and extraordinary stresses of your life more effectively, for better emotional, physical, and mental health.
